America's President-elect Donald Trump has distanced himself from plans by the Obama administration to impose sanctions against Russia for its alleged interference with the Country's last election.

U.S intelligence officials claim Russia did state-sanctioned hacking of Democratic organizations and targeted state election systems, thus meddling directly with the Presidential election. The sanctions have yet to be decided and made public, but pressure is forPresident Obama to introduce the sanctions before he leaves office.
Email accounts belonging to Democratic members were also hacked into during the elections, including Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton's.
Trump was quoted as saying, "I think we ought to get on with our lives. I think computers have complicated lives greatly. The whole age of computers has made it that nobody knows what is going on. We have speed, we have a lot of other things, but I'm not sure we have the kind of security we need."
Critics of Trump have accused him of being too cozy with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Trump was speaking during an event at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida which was attended by among others boxing promoter Don King.
Asked about how he will leave the business world to concentrate on his Presidency, Trump downplayed the issue saying it was not a big deal and he would step down in the day to day running of his vast business empire and concentrate on running the country as the law required.
