Using a lot of air quote in his tweets trump sort of delegitimizing the CIA after he alleged that the briefing on the hacking that he was to get on Tuesday had been moved to Friday.

"The "Intelligence" briefing on so-called "Russian hacking" was delayed until Friday, perhaps more time needed to build a case. Very strange!" He tweeted.

But the CIA insists that the meeting was never set to be on Tuesday but always Friday. The CIA insiststhat the procedure is first to inform the sitting president, Obama on the issues, on Thursday and them brief Trump on Friday.

"It's possible that his team has some scheduling disconnect," said a CIA official. "Whatever he received today didn't meet his expectations." The official insisted that to his knowledge the Trump team should already have this information. But even more concerning is the right Trump, and the CIA is creating. The two have not been on the same page for a while.

It would be disturbing to have the highest intelligence unit in the country uncoordinated with the highest office in the country.

"Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you," Schumer said on MSNBC's The Rachel Maddow Show. "So even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he's really dumb to do this. From what I am told, they are very upset with how he has treated them and talked about them."
